September 24, 2009 - New York City, NY

New York City was cool. There were lots and lots of people. It was very busy. It was very weird because all these cars were honking all the time. We went to two Broadway musicals, Hair Spray and Mary Poppins.

I took a picture of the Statue of Liberty as we were sailing by.

October 9, 2008 Annapolis, Maryland

We visited the U.S. Naval Academy.

October 14, 2008 - Washington, DC

We took a bus from Annapolis to The Smithsonian. It was very cool. We went to The National Air and Space Museum, the National Museum of National History. We went to the Licoln Memorial and the Relection Pool and saw a lot of memorials. We saw the White House.

October 17,2008 St. Michaels, Maryland

Daddy took me to the skateboard park. I had lots of fun, I went over a jump and went on the ramp and it was very close. I hit Daddy's toe and he was like ow ow ow. I went down one little ramp and one big ramp. And I was going back and forth on them. And Dad was sitting on the chair reading his lovely book while I was skateboarding.

October 20, 2008 Solomons, Maryland

I went to the Calvert Maritime Museum. I played in a sailboat, it wasn't real. You could put up and down the sails. You could move the boom back and forth. We played in a pretend lighthouse, the light could spin and it couild put it's light on. We dug for fossil. I found a turritlla shell and I got to take it home but it broke from the tape. The sea otters did tricks for us, they swam underwater and hit the bottom and cam back up. One of them swam right on the glass where I was standing.

November 4, 2008 Hampton, Virginia

A man named Gib from s/v Nyanza, he played the bagpipes for us when we were in Hampton Virginia and we were in the tent with our friends from Imagine. He was playing inside. He played good, good, good. I learned the parts of the bagpipe and I got to try to play it.

November 27, 2008 - Anegada, BVI

The ramora cleaned the bottom of our boat. Then Andrea's hat fell into the water and the Ramora caught it and brang it a little closer. Then Andrea and I went into the dingy to get it.

December 31, 2008 - Road Harbour, Anguilla

I took 2 days of sailing lessons. It was fun. It wasn't very windy of the first day of sailing lessons, it was kind of windy on the second day of sailing lessons. Our teacher was called Alex and another teacher that Cari went with was called William.
